Codex Seraphinianus (Luigi Serafini)

I remember this book and vaguely remembering the bookshop that I saw it in.  Before the internet, all those years ago.  Fascinated me, at the time I also recall other books published from the late 1970s and early 1980s that reflected some of the postmodern bizarre, tripped out idealism.  That in all it’s concepts are so relevant.  Within a construct reality there are creations that exhibit other worlds.  It is cliche to say that this is sorely missed, but it is, the rigid conservatism mixed with frustrated and angst voyeurism may eventually fall to reveal new worlds.  But not utopias.
